Jay L. Chatzkel is Principal of Progressive Practices where he
assists organizations in transforming themselves into knowledge-based,
intelligent enterprises. This includes working with organizations
to develop skills and practices in the areas of intellectual capital,
knowledge management, leadership and collaboration, business process
management and performance measurement.
He is the author of three books:

Chatzkel serves on the boards of editors of several
publications: North American Editor, Journal of Knowledge
Management and Editor for Conferences and Events, Journal of Knowledge
Management, Editor. He has written numerous articles and
conference reviews.
Hubert Saint-Onge
is a leading practitioner of organizational strategy, and creator of the
Knowledge Assets Framework. He has spent over 25 years as an
executive in the oil industry (at Shell) and in financial services (at
CIBC and Clarica). He currently heads his own consulting firm,
SAINT-ONGE Alliance.
Saint-Onge is first and foremost an in-company
practitioner. He works with clients as a pragmatic
practitioner to help them shape interventions that will significantly
enhance their performance on a sustainable basis.
He is the co-author of Leveraging Communities of Practice for Strategic Advantage
and The Conductive Organization: Building Beyond Sustainability (Butterworth
Heinemann).
